Stripe Treasury now offers free and instant transfers between US businesses on its platform, a pricing move that turns embedded banking-as-a-service from a premium feature into table-stakes infrastructure for every SaaS platform on Stripe’s network.
The announcement, part of Stripe’s 288-product Sessions 2026 launch on April 29, positions Treasury as a global business account supporting 15 currencies. The platform processes 4.8 million daily business-to-business transactions and now extends payout capabilities to 100 countries via fiat and 160 countries via stablecoins. New features include AI service integration, rewards on balances, and two-percent card cashback.
Alongside Treasury, Stripe launched digital asset accounts in partnership with Privy, providing a single API integration for developers building fintech applications with stablecoins. Early adopters Ramp, Deel, and DoorDash are already building on the capability, signaling enterprise demand for stablecoin-native treasury operations.
When money movement is free and instant, the competitive moat for embedded finance shifts from pricing to platform density. Every SaaS company running on Stripe now has the building blocks to offer banking services to their own customers, part of the broader infrastructure offensive Stripe unveiled at Sessions 2026.
