FactSet has partnered with TIFIN.AI and made a strategic investment in the firm, integrating TIFIN.AI’s agentic workflow technology into the FactSet Workstation to deliver AI-powered tools directly inside financial advisor workflows.
The partnership launches with two agents built around the tasks advisors repeat most often. The Meeting Prep Agent generates client summaries, flags portfolio action items, and surfaces insights ahead of scheduled calls. The Book Intelligence Agent identifies portfolio opportunities and prioritizes client outreach based on current holdings and market context.
Both agents operate within FactSet’s enterprise architecture, designed to meet the security and auditability standards that wealth management firms require. The integration includes hallucination risk mitigation, auditable AI processes, and institutional-grade data sourcing drawn from FactSet’s existing financial intelligence layer.
“This partnership reflects FactSet’s continued commitment to helping wealth management firms modernize advisor workflows through practical, enterprise-grade AI solutions,” said Kristina Karnovsky, Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Product at FactSet. Harshendu Bindal, CEO of TIFIN.AI, framed the strategic rationale: “FactSet’s strategic partnership reflects a shared belief that agentic workforces will play an important role in the future of wealth management.”
For financial advisors managing large client books, the time saved on meeting preparation and outreach prioritization is the practical headline. Advisors who spend less time building briefing documents spend more time on the client conversations that drive retention and wallet share.
FactSet serves more than 9,000 global clients and 241,000 individual users. The partnership brings TIFIN.AI’s agentic capabilities into that installed base through native Workstation integration, rather than requiring advisors to adopt a separate tool with its own login and workflow.
