Performance management and employee engagement platform Lattice has raised $200 million in a Series F funding round, valuing the company at $4 billion. The round was led by Thrive Capital with participation from existing investors including Tiger Global and Salesforce Ventures. The company says it will use the funds to accelerate its AI roadmap and expand into new international markets.
